1. Trading Platform

Access to the Dukascopy Bank Marketplace is provided via our proprietary trading platform. Clients acknowledge the risks associated with electronic trading.

2. Execution Policy

We strive to provide the best possible execution for client orders. However, slippage may occur during periods of high volatility.

3. Margin Requirements

Clients must maintain sufficient margin in their accounts at all times. We reserve the right to liquidate positions if margin requirements are not met.

4. Fees and Commissions
